Plans & billing FAQ
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately - your placement and benefits change the same day, and billing is prorated. Downgrades apply from your next billing cycle so you never lose what you've paid for.
Is billing monthly or annual?+
All plans are billed annually - the price shown under each plan above is the full year's fee, paid once. There's no monthly option.
What do I need to get listed?+
A business profile (name, category, city, description), your GSTIN, and owner KYC. Verification usually completes within 24 hours, after which your listing is live.
Does Gold guarantee referrals?+
No honest network can guarantee referrals - what Gold guarantees is the structure that produces them: a seat in your city's chapter, weekly meetings, a protected category, tracked referrals, and a mentor. Members who show up consistently are the ones the leaderboard rewards.
What happens if I cancel?+
You keep all benefits until the end of your paid period. Your listing then moves off the directory and your chapter seat opens to a new business in your category. You can rejoin any time, subject to category availability.
