Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts are verified with a one-time password (OTP) sent to your mobile number and/or email address. You are responsible for keeping your contact details current and for all activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that provide false information or that we reasonably believe are being misused.

Business members list their business in the NBL Biz directory under a membership plan (e.g. Gold, Silver, Bronze). Plans are billed annually and remain active for the period paid for. When a paid plan expires and is not renewed, the listing is automatically moved to the free tier - the listing is not deleted, but paid benefits (such as ranking priority and plan-specific features) end.

Some directory categories are exclusive: only one active business may hold an exclusive category in a given location. If your preferred category is occupied, you may be placed on a waitlist for that slot. Category and location availability is curated by the NBL Biz team and may change.

Customer accounts are free and let you discover businesses, unlock contact details, and receive coupons. The optional Premium membership is billed annually and adds benefits such as monthly coupon drops and networking-meeting credits. Premium benefits apply for the paid period and do not carry over once expired.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your listing - business name, contact details, categories, photos, offers and custom fields. You must not post content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, obscene, or that impersonates another person or business. We may edit, hide or remove listings and content that violate these rules, and may suspend repeat offenders.

The directory is a venue. We verify listings to a reasonable extent but do not guarantee the quality, availability, legality or fitness of any member's products or services. Transactions between customers and businesses are strictly between those parties.

Coupons are created and honoured by member businesses on their own terms (validity window, usage limits, minimum bill value, discount caps). NBL Biz delivers coupons and records redemptions but is not a party to the underlying sale. A business that repeatedly refuses to honour its published coupons may be removed from the Platform.

Event registrations are confirmed with an entry QR code delivered on WhatsApp and email. Paid event fees are collected through our payment partner. Attendance policies (including chapter attendance expectations for members) are shown on the relevant event or chapter page. Refunds for events are handled per our Refund Policy.

Payments on the Platform are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or banking credentials. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and, where applicable, include or state taxes separately. Invoices and receipts for membership payments are made available in your dashboard.

You must not: scrape or bulk-extract directory data; attempt to bypass contact-unlock, OTP or payment flows; send spam through Platform features; upload malicious code; or use the Platform to harass others. We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate access to protect the service and its users.

The Platform, its design, software and branding are owned by NBL Biz or its licensors. You retain rights to the content you upload and grant us a licence to display it on the Platform and in Platform communications (for example, featuring your listing or offers).

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NBL Biz is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for disputes arising between customers and member businesses. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Platform at any time; membership fees already paid are handled per the Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where practicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Platform or by email. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
