Privacy Policy

Account data: your mobile number (used for OTP sign-in), name, email address and city. Business listing data (members): business name, owner name, contact details, address, categories, photos, offers and other profile fields you choose to publish. Activity data: contact unlocks, coupon issues and redemptions, event registrations and attendance, support tickets. Payment metadata: order and payment identifiers, amount and plan - card/UPI credentials are handled by Razorpay and never touch our servers. Technical data: device/browser information and request logs used for security and troubleshooting.

To operate the service: OTP authentication, publishing directory listings, delivering contact details after an unlock, issuing and redeeming coupons, confirming event registrations with QR tickets, billing and invoicing, and customer support. We also use aggregate, de-identified activity to understand and improve the Platform.

We send transactional messages on WhatsApp, SMS and email - OTPs, welcome messages, coupon deliveries, payment receipts, renewal reminders and event tickets. Marketingmessages (such as event invitations) follow quiet hours and frequency caps, and you can ask us to stop them at any time; transactional messages are sent as part of providing the service. A business listing's published contact details are shown to customers who unlock them - that is the product working as intended.

Service providers who process data on our behalf: Razorpay (payments), our SMS gateway (OTP delivery), WhatsApp Business platform (messages), and our email provider (transactional mail). Each receives only the data needed for its function. We do not sell your personal data, and we never share it with advertisers.

We use first-party, HTTP-only session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.

Data is stored on India-region servers. Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), passwords and sensitive identifiers are stored hashed, and administrative access is restricted and audited. No system is perfectly secure - if we learn of a breach that affects you, we will notify you as required by law.

Account and listing data is kept while your account is active. Payment and invoice records are retained as required by tax law. Message and activity logs are kept for a limited period for auditing and support, then deleted or anonymised.

You can access and correct your details from your dashboard at any time. To request a copy of your data or the deletion of your account, write to info@nblbiz.com from your registered email. We will verify the request and respond within a reasonable time; some records (e.g. tax invoices) must be retained even after deletion.

The Platform is intended for users aged 18 and above.
